Integrated Data Solutions completes over 100,000 scans from 120 bound
books.
Integrated Data Solutions completed a rush project of bound book scanning for
a global entertainment publisher. This project entailed scanning books
archiving magazines from the early 1940s to 1980s. Over 100,000 pages were
scanned, including color photographs. The digital images were individually
cropped and archived by issue in PDF files. Data was captured and used for marketing
analysis which cover a 40 year span.

Integrated Data Solutions completes 1.4 million scans for Jersey City
Housing Authority.
The Jersey City Housing Authority of Jersey City New Jersey earlier
this year awarded a scanning contract to Integrated Data Solutions, Inc. of Hamilton
New Jersey The contract was to scan on site and index Section 8 Housing
participant records.
Over 1.4 million pages were sorted, staples removed, scanned and indexed. The
digital files were imported into the Housing Authority’s document management
system.

Integrated Data Solutions acquires high end Atiz digital color book scanner.
Integrated Data Solutions, Inc. of Hamilton New Jersey has added a high
end digital color bound book scanner to its array of scanners. The BookDrive
DIY scanner from Atiz Innovation, Inc. provides exceptional color reproduction
of bound books up to 23 x 31 inches when open. The system has the capability
to capture up to 25 images per minute. IDS is currently working closely with
the Atiz software development team to enhance the current version with a newer
beta application.
